Creating qualified sales appointments will be your focus the first several months while you learn our services and participate in an internal sales training program. GSTI will provide contact lists and technical services/product training. Your sales success and technical knowledge level will determine whether you pass these appointments to an account manager or follow up, develop the proposal, close the sale and assist management through the deliverable yourself. The more capable you become, the more commission you can earn.
